Miley Cyrus should really be wearing panties.  Her outfits are slutty enough for a 17 year old girl.  The Perez Hilton scandalous Miley upskirt  photos have caused a frigging uproar in the whole United States.  I think more people are Googling “Miley Cyrus Perez Hilton Nude Vagina Upskirt” than ” Barack Obama Oil Spill Speech”.  How messed up is America?  Granted Barack didnt’ say shit except “we are going to fix it in two weeks”. Maybe he can use some of the man power to make sure that Miley Cyrus wears panties while filming her music video.
